1 VATA KRISHI KENDRA- it will be the intellectual center of the VATA agro. It will keep all kind of records of all kinds of crops feasible for cultivation on fields available for VATA agro.It will have all kind of scientific equipment’s loaded lab to have latest test and facts at its tips.It will provide all kind of testing and other advisory services (at a cost) to all associated or walk in farmers. It will take help of Govt. agencies also to keep updated and legalized. A moving testing and advisory vehicle will act as VATA agro on a wheel to ease the accessibility of VATA agro on this front.
2.VATA ECONOMIC FORUM-The Farmers, Milk producer’s cooperative etc. formed through VEDIC society will be the key stakeholders for the VATA and all the members will be updated on their know how about crops feasible for them. Periodic seminars will be a regular feature for them. VATA agro will try to consume all the farming and husbandry products of these valuable associates. It will be the primary input source of VATA AGRO i.e farm fresh agro products.
3. VATA MARKETING USING VENDING VEHICLES-Through a marketing team all the local markets will be approached for fresh farming products and after an agreement with all the possible buyers,vending vehicles will follow their beat daily to report back in the evening. Few stores will be erected to sale it through stores also to have maximum flexibility of consumption of produced farm products. This will benefit the consumers also with fresh local products at reasonable cost. WIN-WIN for all will be the motive.
4. VATA PACKED FOODS– Vata agro will have a team to pack all durable and non- durable farm products through a scientific defined way to do it.It will be a system driven and will link many outsiders SHG/aspirants through its Kutir Udyog wing to avail them knowledge and material for processing. Processed things will be packed after QC and packed things will be rechecked once again to finally store it. From store Logistic will move it to various selling points. All the processed & packed material will be QR/barcoded to have 100% security from piracy. It will ease the billing and tracking and handling of the complaint.
5.VATA AGRO- WASTE TO WEALTH– Vata agro will have the list of all agro waste with them. For each waste under the heading waste to wealth a detailed dynamic document will be kept in record room to ensure its conversion to the wealth. Either it will be supplied to aspiring nearby industries or VATA agro will have its organic fertiliser,bio-gas,garbage treatment setup to process all of it to convert it into useful things. By selling it through its marketing wings it will generate wealth.
