VATA GROUP INVESTMENT SCENARIO
OVERVIEW-WE in the capacity of a private venture have started our operation with registration of one LLP company with the name Vikrashila Accredited Technical Automator (VATA) INDIA LLP as traders of IT products, Books, agro products etc. Very next a trust/society will be registered to start schooling & other social welfare activities. We will try to revive our private limited publishing firm also. All other verticals will work under this umbrella only and with the growth all the verticals will come up as separate legal entity under VATA group.
Initial investment amount will be as per law and from our directors under the category of owner’s fund. Some of the borrowed fund also will be diverted to the venture under an agreement. Through trust, we will invite donations also from elites and ITR benefit they can enjoy as per act. Three-four acres of fixed ancestral asset also will be invested by other director for school venture. The owner will allocate well-built office premises to the venture at the heart of Bhagalpur city. Overall, our starting values for movable and immovable property can be estimated in crores at its beginning…but the working capital would be minimum/nominal and hence VATA will invite all kind of possible legal investment, through various instrument like loan/ guaranteed bond/directorship /donations etc.
Projected financial paths
VCS and VPH products will see the market through dedicated team with effect from October 2023.VIIDC will be promoted by the management as it is meant for entrepreneur networking at its first phase and will create a sound base only for the group.
Vedic trust or society registration will take place in October or November and by selling an asset, order will be placed on VIIDC (1st order) to make VA/school infra of first level. Initially VATA estimate to be at break even by third or fourth year as lot of capex, estimated are lined up & operation cost may also pull our legs down.
